FOOD DIARY in Thailand & Off with the Bacon

Summer, Sun, sunshine, little clothes, plenty of skin, Bikini and beach. You want to look great and feel comfortable in his skin. You always want that, but the desire is still a bit stronger later in the summer. As I a few weeks ago a photo of me saw what Henry did in one unguarded minute, was clear: the bacon must go. No, I’m not. No, there is more form in again. I want to be the old woman again. Probably I will never again have the character, which I had left before my second pregnancy. This is so and not bad in order, this is not my goal. I’m older and have two children. And yet, I want to once again have a prettier silhouette and I would like to also be narrower. To streamline. That’s why I train for several weeks with Gymondo, I have reported you here already it. Of my goals and desires, and I have shown my state of is you. In six weeks to the Bikini figure, this is my own attempt. I look forward to the result.

Breakfast: Fruit, Fruits, Fruit, and Tea

Today I want to show you, what I’ve eaten in the last two weeks. A food diary Thailand style, so to speak.
The fruit in Asia is a dream. So tasty and delicious, I’m going to miss very. It would be a sin to eat no fruit. No wonder, then, that my breakfast was typically composed of fruit and an egg. Every day. And no, I could get enough eat me out. Fresh mango {so incredibly tasty}, watermelon and pineapple were never missing. And, although I never really liked Mango in Germany. Here they taste so very different. To do this, I had always a tea. A Jasmine tea or black tea with milk and no sugar.

Food Diary in Thailand: Lunch and Dinner

In Germany, you know it yourself, I was always a sweet tooth. I just eat for my life like and on sweet little things such as cake I may never, but really never. It just can’t. The appetite is but throttled in the heat here and it may sound corny, Yes, but who fancy sweet stuff is hardly there. If I have ate then a Thai even something sweet pancake {pictured below} or ice. Oh, get this homemade coconut ice cream, which is served in the Coconut shell, it’s a dream. The fact that I had taken so little industrial sugar in the last few weeks to me, often 4-5 spoons of ice and I reached me quickly realized I’m in a “Sugar Rush”. At home, however, did I download wrapped a whole bar chocolate at once, and I felt not even bad, apart from a minimal bad conscience. Crazy.

For lunch or dinner and I got often a Coke soup with vegetables in one of the street kitchens. I love it. A soup that tastes delicious, makes happy and tired. The children ate it even rice. I, however, have dispensed with rice. Sometimes got around on a green or yellow curry. Depending on your appetite. And twice I couldn’t say no even with spring rolls. You are just too delicious.
Almost every day I got also a fresh coconut. Hmmm, tasty. What I’m going to miss that.
Last week, we have accidentally discovered a Uzbek restaurant on Koh Samui. That was delicious. We had the Shish kebab, Mante, Piraschki {dumplings} and a kind of potato salad. Each dish was a poem and very very tasty. I have tasted of everything and was saturated felt until the next day.

Anni loves hot pot. Me too. And that’s why we were again hot pot dinner. A cooking pot which is placed on the table and in the you can then give ingredients his choice. Very very tasty. I like it so much to sit together to have time together and getting back a little to eat. Hot pot is just perfect.
Could not the images, but I just can’t help: I have given me a pizza. Nearly 500 baht for the little thing. But it was delicious. I was however after two pieces. HA.

Then How is it So?

Good, very good. I’m motivated and I appreciate the first small successes. Unfortunately I have very high fever and strong body aches for four days, which is why I could not train. No, it does not even think was possible. But as soon as I’m back free from fever, it goes on. Way with the bacon. I have unfortunately no scale, aaaaaber, I’ve noticed that my clothes are looser fits. There is now air. Of course, very happy.
