Randolph County is a county located in the state of Missouri. As of 2000, the population is 24,663. Its county seat is Huntsville.


According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the county has a total area of 1,263 km² (488 mi²). 1,249 km² (482 mi²) of it is land and 14 km² (5 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 1.09% water.

The racial makeup of the county is 90.58% White, 7.03% Black or African American, 0.48% Native American, 0.39% Asian, 0.02% Pacific Islander, 0.24% from other races, and 1.26% from two or more races. 1.14% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
