Gasconade County is a county located in the state of Missouri. As of 2000, the population is 15,342. Its county seat is Hermann.


According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the county has a total area of 1,363 km² (526 mi²). 1,349 km² (521 mi²) of it is land and 14 km² (5 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 1.03% water.
