Wayne County is a county located in the state of Mississippi. As of 2000, the population is 21,216. Its county seat is Waynesboro.
Geography
According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the county has a total area of 2,107 km² (814 mi²). 2,099 km² (810 mi²) of it is land and 8 km² (3 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 0.39% water.
