Can Your Baby in the Belly!

What can my baby? What does it feel well? These questions deal with expectant mothers – and indeed the fathers. Here are a few important development steps as a guide:

Fingers and feet are visible from the fifth/sixth week of pregnancy. Also, the unborn child (still called “Embryo” of the doctors) begins to move. For the time being, you will not feel these movements. Women who are expecting their first child, notice it mostly around the 20th week around. Because suddenly something like a slight “chatter” in the belly – is the first tangible sign of life your child.

Already around the eighth week around, however, the tiny baby heart pulsating point to recognize is ultrasound examination. For most parents, this is a very moving moment.

The organ development makes further strides in the ninth to twelfth week. Now begins to work the stomach of the child and it drinks first sips of his amniotic fluid. Thus, also the kidneys take up their work. Make sure that the fluid is excreted.

Your baby is also increasingly some of your feelings. Because they have so a physical page: your heart rate and your blood pressure change depending on your mood as well as for example of the levels of certain hormones in the blood. So is also her child, although narrowing, a bit part on your feelings. This is a normal part of its prenatal life.

In the fourth month, the fetus (so the medical term at the end of the second month of pregnancy) is always active. There comes the moment in which you feel like your child is moving in your stomach from the end of this month at some point. This is an exciting thing for the expectant fathers. It may take something until the movements through felt are through your abdominal wall from the outside. Have just a little patience: as your baby grows, his nudges and somersaults are the clearer. Then you experience relaxing moments probably even, that your baby is sometimes downright headed to the caressing hand.

From the fifth month, your child can distort his face, moving fingers and hands and fists clenching. You will notice that it is from now on always vital in your belly: the greater amount of amniotic fluid facilitates the movement your child. It shall exercise its muscles and turns to feel themselves much – for the expectant mother sometimes as little kicks. Since your child still drinks amniotic fluid, you will feel maybe at a kind of brief wobble or pounding in the belly: then, your baby has hiccups. He is also completely harmless and nothing makes your child.

In the seventh month: Wouldn’t melt the ultrasound pictures now arising in the context of interest are: sometimes they show a baby who peacefully sucking on their sleeves or thumb. As your child begins to discover his fingers and – because now the sucking reflex develops – to suck. Your baby opens and closes the eyes already, and can move in all directions. The childlike sense of hearing is also making progress and is fine. When listening to music, they reached hearing your baby through your abdomen through now.

Now, the head hairs begin to grow. A fine downy, the Lanugo hair covers the body of the unborn, however, for some time. The sebum secreted by the roots of the hair is liable on this fluff. So forms a layer (cheese Goo), which serves as a natural protection of the baby’s skin in the amniotic fluid. The Lanugo hair that are otherwise weeks before birth, is often still visible in preterm children.

In the eighth month, your child has less space in the womb, because it has grown strongly. Even his hair continue to grow and a first sleep wake rhythm settles: round the clock changes your child between about 20 minutes sleep and 20 minutes of wakefulness and thumb sucking.

In the ninth month, it will always close for your heavily grown baby. Movement is finally said, if you come to rest. Because then your child missed the swings by your movements. Its activity can be quite tiring for you, if you want to rest or sleep. It’s a comfort to know that the birth date gets closer. 90 percent of babies go by the way this time around in their birth position. Also, your child can distinguish now light and dark when it opens the eyes.

In the tenth and last month your child is preparing for the birth. It diligently continue sucking on your thumb – a natural suction training. His lungs are mature enough for breathing after birth. All the organs are formed and the immune system ready for operation: your baby will soon give the start signal, that it is ready, is the world to come.
